Damaged or Defective Items
If your nail products arrive damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will gladly offer a replacement or refund.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
